Joint statement: Arise Global Pte Ltd. & Sound Tube Testing B.V.

Subject: End of legal procedures concerning Infringement of Technology & Intellectual Property Rights

Both Arise Global Pte Ltd. and Sound Tube Testing B.V. want hereby to announce that their dispute about Infringement of Technology & Intellectual Property Rights is resolved.

Both parties have been embroiled in a long and weary dispute over the last three years, which included several claims and court proceedings one against each other, as well as outside third parties, but we are happy to announce that after intensive mediation all differences have been put aside, and that both parties have decided to start on a new path.

As part of the new path, Arise Global regrets that Sound Tube Testing’s CEO Hans Felius was personally mentioned in earlier publications, while the dispute was purely between the companies.

Similarly, Sound Tube Testing regrets that the directors at Arise Global were personally mentioned in the claim, while the dispute was purely between the companies.

We are looking forward to seeing all parties cooperate where possible in the future in order to lead healthy, clean and profitable businesses.
